USIU-Africa has a transport department that runs a number of highly efficient fleet of Isuzu 123 buses, ud trucks and Toyota hiace and it is mandated with the task of transporting students, staff and visitors to various places both within and outside Kenya. Transportation is done on the basis of transport control sheets that are raised by the various departments that require transport.

USIU-Africa vehicles leave the campus for official business only. The transport requests (transport control sheets) are brought to the department for planning and vehicle allocation. These sheets also facilitate the department in charging the various departments.
