The Department of Data Science and Analytics under the School of Science and Technology will host their first International Conference on Data Science, Mathematics, AI, and Statistics from February 26-28, 2025.

This conference will provide an avenue for upcoming and established researchers to learn, network, and present new and thought-provoking ideas and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, the conference is aimed at fostering research, creating industry partnerships, and teaching of Mathematical Sciences in African countries and beyond.

Theme: “Advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Data Science, Mathematical Sciences, and AI."

The conference will be held at United States International University-Africa (USIU-Africa), Nairobi, Kenya. Nairobi, being the capital of Kenya, is home to all foreign embassies and high commissions to Kenya. It is also a major academic center for research, housing numerous public universities, private universities, colleges, and other training institutions. The city is served internationally by Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
