1. Prof. Sukhsimranjit Singh
Prof. Singh is a law professor and Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law, where he directs the overall vision of the Institute’s global outreach, world-class training programs, academics, and professional services.

He is an international mediator, who has worked in Canada, India, New Zealand, and the U.S. A regular invitee for keynote addresses, he has lectured or conducted dispute resolution training in more than thirty U.S. states and Brazil, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, India, Canada, China, France, Denmark, Egypt, and Spain. Currently, Professor Singh is serving as a mediator for the City of Beverly Hills, Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management, and other organizations. He has taught ADR at Pepperdine, USC, Willamette, Hamline University in the U.S, and NLU and RGLNU in India.

In 2017, he was appointed Honorary Professor of Law at the National Law University, Delhi, and was nominated for the Peace Award by the City of Beverly Hills for his work for the City.

2. Victor Baba Emmanuel Aligo
Victor is an ordained minister and JAMS Weinstein Fellow 2020/2021. He is an advisor at Accords International (New Delhi) and an adjunct lecturer at the Global University Somalia based in Somalia.

Victor is a consummate mediator of 6 years standing and has conducted mediations for not-for-profit and profit-making corporations. He is a board member of dozen of community organizations. Victor Baba is extremely passionate about leadership, mentorship, and development in Africa. He believes the story of Africa has not been told to the end. Presently, Victor Baba is advising local and foreign companies in the East African regions.
