Biography:

Loreen Akundabweni is a passionate animation enthusiast dedicated to bringing art to life. Since 2021, she has been working in the industry at a marketing agency, collaborating with renowned brands such as Carrefour, Unilever Uganda, Kericho Gold, Duracoat, Crown Paints and many others. In her role, she delivered engaging animations and motion graphics that enhanced brand images on digital platforms.

Loreen’s passion for animation extends into the academic realm, where she enjoys teaching animation students at the School of Cinematic Arts. She specializes in 3D, character rigging, and motion graphics.

Loreen thrives in collaborative environments, believing that teamwork is essential for creative success. She enjoys working with diverse teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition. Beyond her professional and academic roles, Loreen is constantly exploring new techniques and trends in the animation industry. She believes in the power of continuous learning and is always eager to expand her skill set.
