Roles:-

Manage the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes, Coordinate classroom and tutoring support of all GeMBA course needs for instructors and students, Linking with contracted services and personnel providing those services both on and away from the campus, Responsible for acquiring, and distributing of class handouts, textbooks, assignments and exams to the students, Planning, Coordination and Implementation for major events including the Orientation, Introductory of course sessions, class lunches, dinners and cocktails for both on and off–site locations, Manage and Provide students with Admissions Letters, Research Letters and any other official Letter required, Coordinate, conceptualize and collaborate in the marketing efforts and campaigns for the program, Maintain a record of requests and purchase orders for consideration on annual budget, Conduct preliminary personal interviews and advising prospective students interested in joining the program, Monitor the program budget, Ensuring that the students and the faculty receive current program information and schedules, Facilitating the development and implementation of program policies and procedures,

Notifying the students and faculty of the dates, times and places of important events including beginning of Classes, financial status and Examination days, Coordinating and liaising with the registrar on the graduation procedures and acquiring the graduation regalia for the students.
