Roles:-

Monitoring quality of teaching and learning environment on a day-to-day basis including:

Supporting and coordinating faculty (both fulltime and adjunct) to perform their work efficiently, resolving students’ academic issues, coordinating curriculum development activities, examining documentation in course files and evaluating faculty performance, participating in faculty recruitment to ensure that the required standards are met, coordinating library and textbook acquisition, monitoring implementation of courses as per the academic schedule, leading the development of new programs to diversify academic program choices available to students, overseeing internship programs to ensure effectiveness of student supervision, sourcing for faculty and overseeing the implementation of activity targets set towards meeting the University’s double accreditation requirements.
