Step 1: Apply online

Visit www.usiu.ac.ke/intake, download and fill in the appropriate application form, then follow the steps 2 -5 below. or

Step 2: Payments

New applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee. Visit www.usiu.ac.ke/payment-options for more details.

Step 3: Scan documents

Scan all academic certificates as per the requirements of your specific degree program, payment receipt as well as the application form and send them to admit@usiu.ac.ke

Step 4: Processing

Our admission officers will partially process the documents received and communicate to you using the email address and telephone number provided. This process will take 2-4 working days. New students are granted conditional acceptance letters and full admission is only confirmed upon submission of original certificates.
