Justus Nyabuya is a strategic commercial leader with over a decade of experience in the print, packaging, and promotions industry. He currently serves as Group Head of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience at Chrome Partners Ltd., where he advises the board on business growth strategy, market intelligence, and the evolving future of print. He also leads the company’s sustainability agenda.

Justus is an alumnus of Master of Business Administration-Strategic Management, Class of 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration-International Marketing, Class of 2013. Additionally, he holds professional certification in Business Process Management, a Diploma in Social Work and Welfare, and a Certificate in Counselling.

He has been a key driver of industry-academic linkages, notably spearheading the USIU-Africa and Chrome Partners Graduate Program. Passionate about mentorship, he actively engages with emerging leaders within university networks and supports alumni-industry collaborations.

An engaged member of the community, Justus regularly takes part in the Stanchart Marathon, Mater Heart Run, and is currently preparing for the USIU-Africa Half Marathon. Justus also loves and actively participates in cultural initiatives that are positively impacting his Favorite home, Nyaronge village. A firm believer in the mantra “Charity begins at home,” he continues to invest time and resources in uplifting his community of birth through sustainable development and cultural preservation efforts.

Through his visionary leadership, strategic thinking, dedication to community service, and unwavering passion for family, Justus continues to make a meaningful impact both in business and in society, demonstrating the values of excellence, service, and purpose-driven success.
