Biography:
Prof Stephen Morangi Nyambegera is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the United States International University-Africa (USIU-A). He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology from the University of Sheffield in England. He is widely published in several international refereed journals such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management; Applied Psychology: An International Review; International Journal of Human Resource Management; International Journal of Management Innovation among others. In total he has published over thirty-five academic refereed papers. His research interests are in people management; organizational psychology and Organization Development He teaches management courses up to doctoral level. He is a member of the British Academy of Management among other professional bodies such as Kenya Institute of Management. He has also published book chapters in books such as Managing Human Resources in Africa; Handbook of International Human Resource
Research:
Integrating People, Process and Context among others. He is the author of Human Resource Management: a Biblical Perspective; Human Resource Management: An African Context; and Readings in Strategic Human Resource Management. He is a resource person for the Inter-University Council of East Africa and the Commission for University Education in Kenya on quality assurance issues in higher education and a peer reviewer in areas of Management and Business. He is an external examiner for several universities in Africa. He is an editorial board member of three academic refereed journals.
