Pickleball Tournament
The USIU-Africa Pickleball team, consisting of Whitney Akinyi, Mary Susan, Janet Naragi, and Melissa Wairu, recently participated in an exciting doubles tournament, showcasing their skill and determination on the court. Despite putting up a strong performance, the team faced tough competition and unfortunately did not progress past the round-robin stage. However, the experience was nothing short of rewarding, as the players displayed great teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the matches. Beyond the competition, the tournament was a fantastic opportunity to engage with other players, refine their strategies, and enjoy the spirit of the game.
