Biography;

Dr. Veronicah Kaluyu is a Creative and Innovative Assistant Professor in Strategic management driven by desire for quality and excellence in research, in training, and teaching. Veronicah Kaluyu has previously served as a University Quality Assurance Coordinator at Africa Nazarene University. She has also worked with the Ministry of Education in Kenya as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer. Her popular outlook is focus on detail, measurement of action outcomes and purpose driven lifestyle of continuous improvement. Her Success mantra in problem solving is anchored on research approach with top notch skills in conceptualization and analysis of quality assurance measures, Strategy development & implementation, Monitoring & evaluation, training and development. Currently embraces climate change, environmental sustainability and drumming beats for inclusivity for women, marginalized groups and those abled differently.

She maintains a bias in professional training and empowerment, a practice acquired in more than 15 years of teacher and civil society training while serving in Ministry of education as a senior quality assurance Officer. Particularly she is well versed with andragogy methodologies of adult training and learning. She is a seasoned mentor priding in shaping ethical and mind frames for a sustainable world.
