The BSc. degree program in Hotel and Restaurant Management combines the teaching of business management with culinary appreciation. The program aims at imparting a range of attitudes, skills, knowledge and problem-solving abilities in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Hospitality Planning and Development with an emphasis on internships, case studies, simulations and research.
