The Student Council and 2023 Culture Week Committee Team are happy to invite you to participate in this year’s Culture Week Exhibitions and Concert Night activities. Culture Week is an annual event at USIU-Africa that brings together all the school's different communities to demonstrate their cultures through cuisine, music, traditional dances, attire, art, festivities, and theatre.

Each year, the spectacle becomes more dazzling and elaborate, attracting greater crowds and inspiring amazement. It brings inclusivity and togetherness among different cultures represented and showcases the many distinct communities within the university.

This year, the activities are as follows:

The series of events begin on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 with cultural exhibitions by our students and culminates with a Concert Night on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 5.00pm to 12.00am. Below is a summary for the week:

1. Culture Exhibitions at Parking Lot B from Tuesday, March 14, 2023, from 8am.
2. The Opening Ceremony will be on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 12 noon. It will start with the parade beginning from the Main gate, past Admin Block to the exhibitions’ venue at Parking Lot B.
3. Culture Night Gala will be on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 5.00 pm till late outside the Freida Brown Student Center, inside the dome tent at Parking Lot C (next to the clinic). The Gala Night events are scheduled to begin from 6.00pm and end at 12.00am.

Ticket Prices are as follows:

• VVIP: KES. 7,000.00 (Single) or KES. 10,000.00 (Pair - 2) - VVIP tickets come with a meal and drink, and first row seats.
• VIP: KES. 3,000.00 (Single) or KES. 5,000.00 (Pair -2) - VIP tickets come with refreshments offered and second row seating.
• REGULAR: KES. 1,800.00 (Group of 5)
• REGULAR: KES. 400.00 (Single)
