August 16 - Communique On The Security Situation In The Country Following Announcement Of Presidential Elections

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the Government, through the office of the Head of Public Services and the Chairperson of the National Security Advisory Committee has issued an official statement confirming that following their meeting earlier today, August 16, 2022, they assessed and considered the security situation in the country. The Head of Public Service has issued a statement confirming that the nation has remained peaceful and secure. They have assured all Kenyans and all persons residing in the country that the Government has and will continue taking necessary measures to ensure that the entirety of the Country is safe and secure.

All employees on duty are therefore called on to resume their normal duties on Campus tomorrow, August 17, 2022.
Those who wish to stay away are encouraged to apply for their annual leave through their immediate Supervisors.
