The 4th Teaching the Practice of Management is taking place from the 18th May – 23rd May 2008 at the United States International University, campus on Thika Road, Nairobi, Kenya. The workshop is fully booked with more than 70 delegates attending from over 12 African Countries. Professors Paddy Miller from IESE Business School, along with other African Faculty (Enase Okonedo- Lagos Business School, George K’Aol United States International University, George Njenga - Strathmore, Mike Ward - University of Pretoria and Jonathan Cook - Gordon Institute of Business Science) will be leading the workshop.
Through Teaching the Practice of Management (TPM), AABS has trained over 200 business school professors from 30 business schools across Africa through collaborations with faculty trainers from Harvard Business School, Columbia University, IESE, Indian Institute of Management, GIBS Business School, and other leading business schools around the world.

THE 2008 AABS BUSINESS LEADERS DINNER

The Kenya Commercial Bank will be hosting the 2008 AABS Business Leaders Dinner to be held on 17th May 2008, at the Safari Park Hotel. The Dinner will be attended by business leaders from Kenya as well as Deans and Faculty from AABS Business Schools. Mr. Mugo Kibati, CEO, East African Cables Ltd., will be presenting on “The Economic Prospects for East Africa”.
